Leasing & Application Process

We keep it simple. Chapel Creek Cottages requires a $75 application fee per applicant and a $150 administrative fee at the time of application. These fees help us process your application quickly and efficiently.

The security deposit is $500 for a 1-bedroom, $750 for a 2-bedroom, and $1,000 for a 3-bedroom, and may increase with conditional approval based on application criteria.

Yes — residents can expect $100 in monthly additional fees, which include $15 for renters insurance, $10 for weekly on-site pest control, $45 for the community amenity fee, and $30 for valet trash service (pickup Sunday–Thursday, with two on-site dumpsters available for larger or immediate disposal needs).

We welcome pets at Chapel Creek Cottages. We allow up to two pets per home, with a $400 nonrefundable pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Please note that breed restrictions do apply.

To schedule a self-guided tour, click the “Book a Tour” button on the bottom right corner of our website and select “Take a tour on your own.” This will take you to our self-guided tour partner, BeHome.com, where you can create an account and follow the prompts to register.

When you arrive on site, simply follow the instructions provided in your BeHome confirmation and head directly to the model home. After your tour, feel free to head to our leasing office — we’ll be there to answer any questions you have.
