Rhonda, the property manager, has been amazing! The property is beautiful and the smart home incorporated systems are fantastic. The details in the building process have been well thought out and the community is a refreshing change from the typical quick build for profits.

These cottages are amazing and what a cool concept for a neighborhood. Rhonda, the Property Manager is the ultimate professional. She was warm and welcoming, answered all my questions and gave a great tour.

Moving is always such a headache and stressor. I found a lot of relief working with Rhonda at Chapel Creek Cottages. She’s very easy to deal with, personable and kind, as well as considerate and thoughtful. She knows the area very well and was able to recommend quite a few things for my kids to do, restaurants, activities, and the best grocery stores. The property is lovely as well.
